Hot Locum Contract CT PA Opportunity near Long Island, NY! Ongoing, Full Time, Locum Opportunity 100% Cardiothoracic Operating Room – Candidate Must be Proficient In Endoscopic Vein Harvesting and Radial Harvesting! The schedule for the OR would be 4 10 hour shifts! Premium Pay $120-160 per hour, plus 1.5 X overtime over 40 hours, premium on call pay. This Cardiothoracic Surgery Program is ideal for Advanced Practice Providers as the providers practice at the highest level of their licensure in the Operating Room! Very large Cardiothoracic program with over 1,500 heart surgeries performed annually. Responsibilities Assist in the operating room with cardiac surgery cases, including CABGs, valve procedures, heart and lung transplant. Harvest conduit, vein and artery via endoscopic or open techniques, including endoscopic vein harvesting and radial harvesting. Manage cases requiring mechanical circulatory support such as LVADs and ECMO. Provide support during all phases of the surgical procedure. Qualifications Proficient in endoscopic and radial vein harvesting techniques; experience in a high-volume cardiothoracic program preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
