About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Locums Gynecology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a six-month assignment in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative surgical team providing care to adult gynecology patients with a focus on robotic-assisted procedures.

Compensation: $125 Per Hour

Position Details

• Assignment Length: 6 months

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts

• Call: None

• Patient Population: Adult

• Average Surgical Volume : 2–6 surgeries per day

• EMR: Cerner/Oracle

• Trauma Level: III

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care for gynecologic surgery patients.

• First assist in robotic gynecologic surgical procedures.

• Perform patient evaluations, documentation, and treatment planning.

• Collaborate closely with gynecologic surgeons, nursing staff, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Accurately document patient encounters using the Cerner/Oracle electronic medical record system.

• Support efficient operating room workflow while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP) or Physician Assistant

• Active New Jersey license

• Current BLS certification

• Current ACLS certification

• Current ATLS or ATCN certification

• First Assist certification with robotic surgery experience required

• Demonstrated experience assisting in robotic gynecologic surgical procedures
