What You’ll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries within inpatient operating rooms
• Support surgeons during complex gynecology procedures
• Provide patient care in collaboration with the surgical team
• Document procedures accurately in Cerner/Oracle EMR
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient management
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards

What You Need

Required:

• First Assist Certification with Robotics experience
• Valid NJ license or ability to obtain one (not accepting providers needing licensure)
• Prior surgical experience in gynecology or related specialties

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic gynecology procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
