What You’ll Do:

• Provide first assist support for robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
• Assist surgeons during approximately 2-6 procedures daily
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner/Oracle EMR
• Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care
• Support the surgical team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in NJ (or eligible without licensing delay)
• First Assist Certification, including robot-assisted procedures
• Minimum of [X] years of gynecological surgical experience
• Proficiency with robotic surgical procedures preferred
• Ability to work autonomously under surgeon supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
