Occupational Therapist (Per Diem)

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)is adding an  Occupational Therapist (Per Diem)  to the group at  NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan .  Metropolitan Hospital is a full-service community hospital that provides state-of-the-art care and leading-edge technology in a modern environment. Opportunity Details:

• Performs appropriate treatment involving therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Keeps accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, recommendations, and goals.
• Attends rounds and clinics appropriate to area assignment.
• Keeps daily attendance record of patients.
• Educates patient and/or family regarding the occupational therapy aspects of diagnosis, treatment plan, and prognosis in an appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
• Per Diem rate = $65* per hour
