Embark on a rewarding journey with Haggard & Stocking – where tradition meets innovation and your career finds its home. Essential Functions: Installation of vending machines at customer locations. Support of vending machines, including repairs, as needed. Update customer database records including employee names, ID numbers, product SKU's and inventory usage. Provide pre and post-sales support and assist in creating custom vending programs tailored toward customer requirements. Work in coordination with other members of vending support team. Interface with customers as required. Access corporate database containing proprietary information including supplier pricing, margins, inventory volumes and customer pricing. Participate in training specific to the various vending manufacturers offered by Haggard & Stocking. Work on other IT tasks and/or projects as they are assigned. Other tasks that are reasonably related to the position and are of an incidental nature may be assigned.
