Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Submerged Arc Welder (Twin Wire) to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK . This role focuses on operating automated Sub Arc welding equipment to produce high-quality, code-compliant welds on box header assemblies while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

The ideal Sub Arc Automatic Welder has Twin Wire Sub Arc experience, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience operating Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (Twin Wire) equipment REQUIRED
• Knowledge of box header welding processes preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld procedures, and production specifications
• Strong understanding of welding quality standards and safety practices
• Experience setting up and adjusting automated welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and production efficiency
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate automatic Submerged Arc (Sub Arc) Twin Wire welding equipment
• Perform welds on box header assemblies according to specifications and quality standards
• Set up and adjust welding parameters to ensure optimal weld performance
• Monitor welding operations to maintain consistency and minimize defects
• Inspect completed welds and identify issues requiring correction or rework
• Read and follow blueprints, weld procedures, and production documentation
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine operational checks
• Follow all company safety policies and welding procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing and fabrication environment
