Training Coordinator

Technical Training Coordinator II – hybrid with remote work but requires at least 35% field time across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, with additional days and hours as needed. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding of new employees and initial training to ensure a positive new‑hire experience. Provide ongoing group and individualized training to enhance work performance and general education. Deliver training on company and department policies, procedures, competencies, and Lab Information Systems. Develop and implement resources and programs to achieve training objectives. Update training materials and plans as necessary. Serve as a procedural and compliance resource for department employees. Support leadership in achieving quality and service metrics. Help create improvement plans for underperforming employees. Maintain accurate logs and records for all trainings conducted. Provide professional training with respect at all times. Assist with workflow during high‑volume periods or when coverage is needed. Travel to client sites and other branches to assist in training. Research industry‑related information when necessary. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in training or people‑leadership roles. Additional Job Standards Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and time‑management skills. Track record of exceptional customer service. Flexibility to travel throughout the territory for training purposes. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Minimum age of 21 years. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
