Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted. Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Location Laurinburg, NC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including antepartum and intrapartum management across 4 labor beds and 4 triage beds Deliver postpartum care and couplet care across 13 obstetric beds Apply basic med-surg skills to care for post-surgical patients, including hysterectomy patients Perform fetal monitoring in accordance with AWHONN standards Float within the hospital as needed based on unit census and staffing requirements Work at least one holiday during the contract period Required Qualifications Valid RN State or Compact License required at time of submission Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience (3 years strongly preferred) Prior travel nursing experience preferred due to current unit skill mix Required certifications: BLS , FHM , NRP , and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Must be able to work L&D, postpartum, couplet care, and basic med-surg skills Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rate; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate Preferred Experience / Skills STABLE certification preferred Experience with EPIC electronic health records strongly preferred 3 or more years of experience in Labor and Delivery and obstetric settings Familiarity with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and couplet care workflows Why Join Us Scrubs provided on assignment, with flexibility on contract length and schedule discussed during the interview process Flexible approach to requested time off, offering a supportive environment for travel clinicians Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776480.
