This role would manage a variety of projects in size and scope. Project manager will take large company-wide, highly visible programs from vision to completion. We are looking for an experienced individual who can adapt to our Project planning and delivery process, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmap discussions, project execution and delivery of our engagements.The Project Manager will have the experience and skills necessary to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver initiatives with a solid analytical mindset and interest in taking part in our PMO organization and enhancing processes to improve data integrity and accuracy. Desirable skills include cross-team collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, change management and schedule management. Responsible for delivering the work committed in scope, on time and within budget. The role needs to be performed in fast-paced environments, be a self-starter and work with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, Project Management tool usage. Expert level experience with Office 365 applications, Zoom, Smartsheet, Anaplan and Tableau. Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action item tracking, record minutes, follow through, and communicateManage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project deliverablesPlan, coordinate and manage large projects of Information Security Initiatives while anticipating, minimizing and mitigating risksBuild out integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources like Smartsheet, Anaplan, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft ProjectAble to produce crisp, integrated reports and dashboards for executive staff using internal tools to provide meaningful insightsManage & influence large cross-functional team(s) globallyHelp with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, while driving PM maturity & disciplineQualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Business AdministrationTop Skills: 8– 10 years of IT Project Management/PMO experience in a waterfall/Agile environmentExperience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/Business ValueClearly articulate the Business Value for the work/projects committed to the leadership teamPossess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in ITProven experience in managing projects and releases in a large-scale global environmentSolid analytical mindset.
