• Provide clinically informed, person-centered mental health services grounded in peer support and recovery-oriented principles.

• Integrate peer support values such as mutual respect, empowerment, hope, and self-determination into therapeutic practice

• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community providers, and natural supports to coordinate care

• Utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches

• Support individuals in identifying personal recovery goals and developing actionable wellness plans

• Promote community integration, stability, and improved quality of life

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with NC licensure and program requirements
