Pre Litigation PI Attorney

PAY RANGE: $120K - $150K+ (based on experience) Pre Litigation Role Attorney preferred but someone with a lot of personal injury medical work up, negotiating experience, and experience managing the department will be considered. Role is to manage a group of case managers and the proper medical work up of high volume of personal injury cases. Negotiate pre litigation settlements. Must have good knowledge of the personal injury field, medical treatment and work up of personal injury accident cases. Skills Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Superior analytical and legal research skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Exceptional organizational skills, including time management Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to type 60 wpm. #J-18808-Ljbffr JBA International
