Paralegal - Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation

Lebanon, Tennessee | On-Site | Full-Time Position Overview The Paralegal will support attorneys in handling personal injury and workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about advocating for clients. Responsibilities Manage case files from intake to settlement/trial Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Request and organize medical records and bills Assist with discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation Track deadlines and maintain case management systems Support attorneys with day-to-day case needs Qualifications Prior experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation (required) Both areas of experience is a strong plus Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment On-site position in Lebanon, TN Professional, supportive, and team-oriented office culture Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Full benefits package, including: Health insurance Paid time off (PTO)Paid holidays Retirement plan options Additional benefits as offered by the firm Why Join This Firm?
