Bar PrepThe Bar Prep is a key support role responsible for ensuring all bar stations are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for service. This role works closely with Bartenders and Bar Leads to execute daily prep, including house-made cocktail components, while maintaining strict adherence to bar, cocktail, and health code standards. The Bar Prep must have a strong understanding of the cocktail and wine program and plays a key role in upholding consistency, quality, and efficiency behind the bar.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare house-made cocktail components, including syrups, juices, and garnishes, according to established recipes and standardsSupport Bartenders and Bar Leads by maintaining fully stocked and service-ready bar stationsEnsure bar prep, inventory, and presentation meet company and brand standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep areas, including the liquor roomComply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all timesAnticipate the needs of the bar team and provide proactive support during prep and serviceMaintain working knowledge of cocktail, spirit, and wine offerings to support service flowQualificationsStrong multitasking skills with a dependable and service focused work ethicMaintain a clean, polished, and professional appearanceAbility to anticipate operational and guest needs in a fast-paced environmentMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a full-service dining or bar environmentStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wineAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of assigned shiftsAbility to frequently use hands and wrists for repetitive beverage preparation tasksAbility to frequently bend, reach, and lift during bar prep activitiesAbility to lift and carry up to 35 poundsAbility to work safely with knives, bar tools, and equipmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact Human Resources.
