Art Director

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs Art Director, you will lead creative development, in partnership with Strategy, for marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns and set the creative tone for Designers to follow from initial concept through hand off to production.What You’ll DoAct as creative lead to direct creative team throughout the creative processLead and participate in creative brainstormsInterpret strategy and sets creative tone that delivers on business objectives and strategyCollaborate with photo and key partners with copy in creative executionResponsible for delivering presentations with input from DesignersEnsure that creative presentation (boards/in store) are prepared and presents creative to ManagerReview all stages of project with ManagerMentor creative team, freelancers and internsWork with Project Coordinators to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of tool kitsSet creative vision and guides Designers throughout projectManage ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentAdditional tasks may be assigned as necessary What Skills You HaveRequiredBFA or equivalent degree required4-5 years experienceEffective verbal and written communication skills requiredSoftware requirements: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe AcrobatMust be a strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple print mediumsMust have experience multitasking and working on various levels of creative and multiple brands in a very fast-paced environmentExceptional organization, time management and multi-tasking skills requiredStrong interpersonal and leadership skills requiredStrong presentation skills requiredAbility to discern color PreferredExperience with managing creative projects from concept to productionExperience with retail workflow, processes, and structureAdvanced knowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirementsJob SummaryJob number: R491997Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
