Click here to see our state-of-the-art facility and distribution center and learn more about our business, and here to find out more about the industries we serve, and here to learn about our consumer and manufacturing divisions.This role leads a team of HR Generalists responsible for executing standardized Human Resources processes across assigned business units and divisions and ensures consistent application of HR policies, programs, procedures, and compliance requirements while owning the maintenance and governance of HR policies and processes, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. It also oversees escalated employee relations matters, investigations, workload prioritization, and execution of core HR processes to deliver a consistent employee and manager experience across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLeads, coaches, develops, and manages a team of HR Generalists to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of core HR processes and services across assigned divisionsAssigns and balances HR workload, establishes priorities, and monitors performance to ensure timely and effective delivery of employee and manager supportOwns the development, maintenance, interpretation, and application of HR policies, procedures, practices, employment guidelines, and related process documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness throughout the organization.Serves as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, conducting risk assessments and recommending appropriate resolutions aligned with company values and legal requirementsOversees employee relations investigations to ensure thorough documentation, objective fact-finding, and consistent outcomesMonitors execution of compliance-related HR activities, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to ensure adherence to employment laws, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policiesIdentifies opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve HR policies, processes, workflows, tools, and documentation; leads the annual review and update cycle to ensure policies and processes remain current, compliant, and aligned with business needs while engaging appropriate stakeholdersPartners with Field HR, HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs, practices, and organizational initiativesPERKS & BENEFITSAs an industry leader, we offer a competitive wage, bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefit package which includes Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Employee Assistance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, Wellness Program, Social Events, Community Involvement and much more! Click Here for a summary of Employee BenefitsOther Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities7+ years of experience in a Human Resources-related function.5+ years of leadership experience managing HR professionals.Experience leading employee relations investigations and compliance activities.Experience driving process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiativesBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR professionals in a multi-site environment.Strong process improvement, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to establish operational discipline and drive consistency across business units.Effective investigative, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve business outcomes.Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Occasional travel up to 25%.#Corp #HumanResources #Leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellsworth Corporation
