Senior Manager, Brand Strategy

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleIn this role, your work will sit at the intersection of customer insights, brand strategy and merchant collaboration. You will drive brand clarity and customer relevance across Kohl’s product portfolio and marketing efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and committees to establish clear, consistent brands. What You’ll DoChampion the development and execution of brand strategies that align with customer needs, market trends and business objectivesDrive customer relevance by embedding insights into brand positioning, storytelling and experience designLead strategic forums, including Private Brand Summits, bringing together senior leaders from merchandising, design and marketing to align on brand direction and executionOwn and evolve the private brand evaluation framework to assess brand health, performance and strategic fitConduct brand portfolio audits and guide cross-category decision-making to optimize brand positioningBuild a comprehensive private brand playbook and roadmap that informs go-to-market strategies for both marketing and merchandising teamsWrite, refine and maintain brand profiles to ensure alignment on voice, identity and aestheticIdentify opportunities to elevate brand storytelling across channels and campaignsPartner with senior cross-functional leaders to make thoughtful recommendationsMonitor brand performance and synthesize insights to inform continuous improvementAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequired5+ years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, preferably brand managementBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalentJob SummaryJob number: R491706Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
