Global GRC Director: SOX & ITGC Leader

Vertiv is seeking a Director of Global Governance, Risk and Compliance to design, implement and manage the GRC function across the enterprise. You will own the IT Risk Register and lead ITGC and SOX compliance with a globally dispersed team. Reporting to the Global CISO, you will translate technical risk into business terms, drive a centralized Trust Center for customer security questionnaires, and oversee audits and remediation across business units. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vertiv
