About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Nursing, Associate Chief Nursing Officer to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations across the health system, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient-centered care. This pivotal role involves strategic and operational leadership, driving nursing excellence in alignment with the company's mission, and fostering a culture of belonging, inclusion, and professional growth for nursing staff. The SVP, ACNO will also be instrumental in community and interprofessional partnerships, particularly in advocacy efforts related to health equity and underserved communities. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in nursing or hospital administration, with a preference for a Doctorate, and an active RN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one. A minimum of seven years of progressive nursing leadership experience is required, with a strong preference for those with prior ACNO or CNO experience. Expertise in nursing excellence programs such as Pathway to Excellence or Magnet is also preferred, along with relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and diverse leader, capable of advancing the strategic direction of the company and serving a vibrant and growing community.
