Unchained At Last, a survivor‑led nonprofit dedicated to ending forced and child marriage in the United States, is looking for a Clinical Social Worker to support women, girls, and others as they avoid, escape from, and rebuild their lives after forced marriage. Job Description Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, Clinical Social Workers provide direct services to survivors of forced marriage, developing individualized plans and facilitating access to resources. Conduct intake assessments. Create and implement escape plans. Advocate for survivors’ needs and connect them with essential resources. Provide emotional support and counseling. Support survivors who choose to become advocates. Coordinate volunteers and other team members. Plan an annual client retreat. Qualifications Master of Social Work degree. At least five years of experience providing services to trauma survivors. Compassionate, patient, nonjudgmental, and highly organized. Passionate about Unchained’s mission. Bonus Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker designation. Survivor of forced marriage. Fluency in Arabic. Salary and Benefits Salary $85,000. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
