Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing (AKA How You'll Win Here)

At The Gifford Team, we don't just "do tasks"-we build momentum, close deals, and have fun doing it. Here's what your week could look like:

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and hit the ground running with a proven foundation
• Plug into our lead generation systems weekly (no guessing, just executing what works)
• Consult with buyers, get agreements signed, and help them find the one
• Consult with sellers, win listings, and market homes like a pro
• Negotiate like a boss on behalf of your buyers and sellers
• Track your progress in PLACE Technology (because what gets tracked gets improved)
• Host at least 2 open houses a month-and turn conversations into opportunities
• Turn prospecting into appointments (this is where the magic happens)
• Join weekly script practice to sharpen your skills and confidence
• Be part of team meetings, events, and client experiences (we win together)
• Commit to weekly coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls to keep leveling up
• Master pricing strategies, staging, and listing expertise to stand out in the market
