The agent will manage the full lifecycle of residential real estate transactions, including prospecting leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, assessing their needs, researching local market trends, and advising on pricing and marketing strategies. The role involves preparing listing presentations, coordinating photography and staging, hosting open houses, and maintaining regular communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction. The agent will also use brokerage-provided technology and CRM tools to maintain accurate records, track leads, and follow up consistently, while contributing to team meetings and ongoing training. We focus on your individual growth both as an agent and as a person. \n Qualifications \n \n Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Ohio and a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations. \n Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market dynamics, pricing strategies, and transaction processes. \n Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing. \n Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client advocacy. \n Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and basic digital tools (email, video conferencing, online document management). \n Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and travel locally for client meetings, showings, and open houses. \n Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. \n Prior experience in residential real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates. \n High ethical standards, commitment to compliance, and a professional approach to representing clients and the brokerage. \naa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
