Position Objectives:

You are responsible for providing an excellent service and make sure each moment is special for our clients. You demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and an open attitude to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the success of Starbucks by providing excellent service to all our clients.
• Create the Starbucks experience by providing fast service, delivering quality products and beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
• Perform hiring, training, and management of store staff to achieve sales plan, control expenses, and protect company assets.
• Exceed personal and store sales goals and performance standards.
• Support the formation and development of a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and responsibility to all partners.
• Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of loss prevention practices.
• Communicate effectively all store needs to the district manager.
• Resolve customer service situations effectively.
• Provide a complete and fun service experience to all clients.
• Perform bank deposits
• Responsible for opening/closing the store
• You show passion for coffee and for people.
• Skills in Cleaning, Taking Orders, Beverage Preparation, and Teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of managerial experience in related or similar duties. Sales of consumer products and/or food.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• You are responsible and have a great ability to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environments.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
