HVAC Service Technician – Lead Location: Coeur d’Alene Resort • Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Department: Engineering • Full-Time Pay: $35+ per hour DOE Join Our Team The Coeur d’Alene Resort is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Service Technician to keep our resort operating smoothly while leading a team of HVAC professionals. As a premier destination, our resort relies on a talented engineering department to maintain an exceptional environment for our guests. About the Role As the Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will oversee and mentor a team of HVAC technicians while ensuring all heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems operate at peak performance. You will coordinate and perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations, all while enforcing safety and quality standards. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager, who reports to the Facilities Director.
