Account Manager
We're hiring an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive new sales through phone and email communication.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Make sales calls to leads and current customers
- Complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of daily call time with clients and potential customers
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and email
- Meet or exceed daily call-time expectations to generate new sales
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Previous phone or in-person sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy and strong typing skills
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to conduct calls with respect, kindness, and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer throughout the workday
