WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and skilled nursing services Implement individualized care plans using strong clinical judgment Accurately document patient care using electronic health records Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

WHAT YOU BRING

Active and unrestricted Texas RN license Wound care experience required At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or a clinical setting Pediatric experience preferred Availability Saturdays and on-call Sundays Availability at least 1 weekday Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance TB test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
