We are seeking a talented, trend-conscious, and creative Barber to join our team. We treat hair as a craft and are looking for an artist who can effortlessly adapt to a wide range of clients—delivering everything from clean, timeless executive looks to bold, progressive street styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality men’s haircuts, textured crops, taper fades, modern mullets, long-hair styling, and classic cuts.

• Execute precision beard sculpting, line-ups, maintenance trims, and traditional hot-towel straight-razor shaves.

• Conduct thorough client consultations based on face shape, lifestyle, personal aesthetic, and hair texture.

• Recommend and educate clients on home care products to maximize client satisfaction and drive retail growth.

• Stay up to date with modern grooming trends, street style, and evolving hair culture.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming station while delivering superior client care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a barbershop or salon environment.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in modern fading, razor work, beard maintenance, and scissor work.
• License: Valid Washington, D.C. Barbering or Cosmetology license (or actively in the process of transferring).
• Artistic Vision: Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a broad, diverse client base.
