Earn up to $35–$50/hour (includes tips, commissions, and bonuses) at our premium men’s grooming shop in the heart of Dupont Circle.
Hammer & Nails – Dupont is seeking talented and passionate barbers, hairstylists, and cosmetologists to join our fast-growing team. We offer an upscale, high-energy work environment, natural grooming products, and a loyal, appreciative clientele.

Requirements:
- Active DC Barber or Cosmetology License
- 2+ years of experience in a salon or barbershop preferred
- Proficiency in men’s cuts, fades, and straight razor shaves
- Knowledge of women’s cuts and gray camo a plus
- Experience with waxing and basic facials
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Friendly, respectful, and client-focused
