DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Sales Cloud in Armonk, NY.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP-integrated business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and SAP teams to define requirements, optimize sales processes, and support enterprise Salesforce implementations.The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Salesforce platform capabilities, integration-driven business processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams utilizing Apex and Salesforce configuration solutions.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales operations and customer lifecycle processes* Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities* Analyze end-to-end business processes that span Salesforce and SAP environments* Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions* Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); Functional Requirements; User Stories; Acceptance Criteria; Process Flows* Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions* Collaborate with SAP teams to define integration requirements and cross-system data flows* Support requirements for Salesforce customizations involving: Sales Cloud; Salesforce Flow; Apex-based solutions; Integrations and APIs* Assist in defining data mapping requirements between Salesforce and SAP systems* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect management, and business validation activitiesRequirements* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Salesforce programs* 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience* Experience supporting Salesforce development initiatives utilizing Apex and custom solutions* Hands-on experience gathering requirements for Salesforce-to-SAP integration projects* Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including: Accounts; Contacts; Leads; Opportunities; Activities; Reports & Dashboards; Salesforce Flow* Strong understanding of: API-driven integrations; Data mapping; Business process flows; System interoperability* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teamsJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $70
