Assistant Boutique Manager - Aventura

Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Director or Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations and the sales team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, growing sales and client relationships, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Coach, train, schedule, and support associates while managing sales and clienteling objectives. Open and close the boutique, coordinate promotions, and help maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards. Manage merchandise transfers, damages, returns, pricing, and inventory while minimizing stock losses. Monitor compliance with company policies, security procedures, and sales and record-keeping standards; resolve issues affecting service and productivity. Requirements Ability to develop associates, build relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. Ability to manage sales staff and boutique operations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, listening, prioritization, and time-management skills.
