Job Description

Pediatric Nurses (Home Health)

As a Pediatric Nurse in our team, you’ll provide skilled, in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our pediatric patients.

Home Care/Service Location : St. Lucie County
Schedule : Monday,Tue, Wed,Thurs,Fri, Sat (morning and evening shift)
Time: 8 AM-8PM and 8PM-8AM

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home nursing care to pediatric patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers.
Develop and follow individualized care plans.
Educate families on home care procedures and health management.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Pediatric nursing experience required .
Familiarity with trach/vent care is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a care team.
