Pediatric Nurses (Home Health)
As a Pediatric Nurse in our team, you’ll provide skilled, in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our pediatric patients.
Home Care/Service Location : St. Lucie County
Schedule : Monday,Tue, Wed,Thurs,Fri, Sat (morning and evening shift)
Time: 8 AM-8PM and 8PM-8AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care to pediatric patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Educate families on home care procedures and health management.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Pediatric nursing experience required .
- Familiarity with trach/vent care is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a care team.
