You are eager and driven but most of all you are ethical and honest. You excel at following a clear process and enjoy ongoing training and learning. You love meeting new people and make personal connections easily. With your friendly and helpful demeanor, you greet customers who enter the dealership showroom. You are a good communicator, and are able to accurately review and explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. You thrive working in a TEAM environment, and appreciate a supportive Management Team that is invested in your long term success!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVEHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseAcceptable driving recordBasic computer skillsCommitment to learningAccurately and clearly communicate with peopleDemonstrate basic Sales proclivityAny sales experience is helpful, but not required - we will provide the right candidates with a training path!WORK SCHEDULEThe schedule for this full-time position can vary slightly, depending on business needs, but allows for a healthy work / life balance. The schedule is set up to work an average of approximately 43 hours in a 5 day work week, including weekends and early evenings.COMPENSATIONOur Sales Consultants earn $60,000 - $125,000+ /year. This position IS NOT 100% commission. We offer a good balance of base pay, commission and bonuses. We also offer generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid sick time, paid vacation, company-paid life insurance, and paid training.
