Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fontana, California

Qualifications: Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or healthcare environment Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related paperwork Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families No Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for this role Teletherapy/remote service provision is not available; on-site presence required Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on an elementary caseload Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document progress toward goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development Consult with families and educators regarding speech and language needs Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements Create an engaging and positive learning atmosphere that promotes student growth This full-time role offers a consistent 35-hour workweek within a supportive school community, giving you a chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners each day.
