We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team on-site in Worcester, MA . You will convert roofing project designs into accurate, high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD. Your work will directly support our architectural and engineering teams to ensure all project specifications and industry standards are met. Responsibilities Transform initial roofing project designs into working documents Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings as required for active projects Utilize AutoCAD to develop precise architectural and engineering plans. Create technical drawings and layouts in compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Revise and update drawings based on feedback or design modifications. Perform additional drafting or design-related tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Prior experience in construction design; commercial construction or roofing industry is a plus Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with architectural or engineering design principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information. Excellent time management and communication skills. Associate degree or certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field is a plus.
