We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join a private ranch estate in Maysville, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines while accommodating dietary preferences and nutritional goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present exceptional daily meals for the principals, family, and guests.
• Develop seasonal menus featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences.
• Create balanced, nutritious meals while maintaining exceptional flavor and presentation.
• Purchase groceries and specialty ingredients while managing food inventory and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
• Prepare meals for special events, holidays, and entertaining as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

• Culinary degree from an accredited culinary program required .
• Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience , with private chef, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or executive chef experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
• Experience creating healthy, nutrition-focused meal plans is strongly preferred .
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in private homes, ranches, estates, or luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of specialty diets, wellness nutrition, and meal planning.
• Experience sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.
