Service Advisor

Overview Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic and outgoing Automotive Service Advisor for our Kia of Greenville site. The ideal candidate will provide professional service to customers when they bring their vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs, building rapport as they guide customers through the service process and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Build rapport with customers and follow up with them throughout the service process. Present needed repairs and maintenance in a high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Provide the highest level of customer service to guests. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Qualifications Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. High school diploma or equivalent.
