Lead the Experience. Grow the Community. The YMCA is seeking a dynamic Membership Manager to drive growth, engagement, and an exceptional member experience. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of membership—recruitment, retention, and daily operations—while leading and developing a high‑performing Member Services team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to implement innovative strategies, refine systems, and ensure every member interaction reflects the YMCA’s mission and values. What You’ll Lead: Membership growth, retention, and engagement strategies Hiring, training, and supervision of Member Services staff Front‑end operations and service excellence Process improvement and data‑informed decision making What You Bring: Strong leadership and team development skills Experience in customer service, sales, or membership‑based environments Strategic thinking with the ability to execute Energy, accountability, and a passion for community impact This is a great time to join us.
