Job Title: Trainer General Position Description:Instructional Systems Designer to design and develop technical training, including Conducts in-depth assessments, including individual and organizational performance diagnostics to identify the appropriate solutions for a performance need; Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions and evaluation that achieve critical business objectives; Specific instructional strategies; Conduct research using a variety of methods; work effectively with teams of SMEs and managementSkills Required:Instructional DesignSkills Preferred:Instructional Design, Graphic DesignExperience Required:Minimum 10 years of design and development experience within a corporate setting. Extensive consulting and needs assessment experience.Experience Preferred:Instructional Design virtual and graphic, written and video.Education Required:Certification ProgramAdditional Information :Collaborate with skilled trades SMEs to design, develop, and implement. *Fully onsite.
