Senior Financial Analyst, Performance & StandardizationWe are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst, Performance & Standardization to elevate business performance reviews and build disciplined, scalable processes that improve decision quality across the organization.Role Summary: This role is responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process, diagnosing performance, and enforcing scalable standards that enable faster, higher-quality decisions.You will partner closely with finance and business leaders to surface risks, challenge assumptions, and quantify recovery opportunities while building the systems and processes that drive consistency and clarity.Key Responsibilities:Lead the MBR process to surface risks, gaps, and actionable opportunitiesDiagnose root causes of performance issues and quantify recovery pathsChallenge inputs, assumptions, and narratives to ensure rigor and clarityDeliver executive-ready insights that drive decision-makingStandardization & Process ExcellenceBuild and drive standard work, templates, and timelines across the organizationEnsure KPIs, calculation methodologies, and data sources are consistent and auditableDrive process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision qualityPerformance Analysis & Business PartnershipPartner cross-functionally to diagnose issues and identify solutionsSurface leading indicators, risks, and opportunities proactivelyPressure-test assumptions and historical trends to improve accuracyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field. 8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
