About You You are a stellar senior project manager who is super organized, has a keen eye for the details and has managed andassistedin complex construction projects from start to finish – on time and on budget.You’regood at building strong, trusting internal & external client relationships and have a knack for bringing the right people together tocome up withinnovative ideas and solutions. In this role, you will… Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, doinga great jobrepresentingthe Colliers project management brand. Will lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects working closely with the client to a successful completion YourExcellent communication and coordination skills will ensure success Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes as defined by the stakeholders. Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from theinitialproject concept through final punch-list and close-out. Responsible for coordinating with several trades and working with the building tenants. Create the schedule/budget and “red flag” anypossible deviationsand resolve any issues as they arise. Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence. Whatyou’llbring Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years inDesign/Construction/Project Management related field. Asolidbackground in corporate commercial real estate, property management,construction, and/or design Extensive knowledge of designprocess,constructionand project management. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MSProjectand industry specific software,i.e.Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit. Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications. Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors, provide critical thinking to problem solving. Experience in directing andmaintainingteam spirit. Familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships
