• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges of students.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices in therapy, focusing on the individual's unique background and issues.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with students and monitor their progress over time, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate students with varying accessibility needs or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to meet ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continue professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

This role primarily focuses on supporting students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be at the forefront of promoting mental well-being among youth, guiding them through their journey to recovery and empowerment. Your therapeutic skills will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and supporting academic success.

• A valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic attitude and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively.

• Prior experience working with school-aged children and adolescents in a therapeutic context.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and behavior modification strategies.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide several benefits, including:
