Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lmhc)Location: Cape Coral, Florida Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMAbout the PositionWe're hiring an LMHC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You'll work with clients during scheduled appointments and help them address the concerns that are affecting their mental health and daily lives.This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the flexibility of working remotely. You'll manage your clinical caseload, document your work, and coordinate with the team when a client needs additional support.What You'll Be Responsible ForConduct individual counseling sessions through secure videoComplete intake assessments and gather relevant client informationDiscuss treatment goals and determine appropriate areas of focusProvide counseling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and adjustmentKeep session notes and electronic records accurate and up to dateReview client needs and modify treatment when appropriateIdentify when referrals or additional services may be needed
