Oracle EPM FCCS/ FCS with ARCS Functional Consultant

Role: Oracle EPM: FCCS/ FCS with ARCS Functional Consultant

Location: US Remote

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementations, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS and ARCS modules.
Financial Process Optimization: Collaborate with accounting and finance stakeholders to streamline period-end close, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting. [1 (
Reconciliation Management: Configure ARCS reconciliation compliance, transaction matching rules, profiles, formats, and workflow assignments
Data Integration & Management: Manage data flows, mappings, and integrations between ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, NetSuite) and EPM using data management tools. [1
Testing & Validation: Drive Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
User Training & Support: Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and deliver end-user training to ensure high adoption rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM implementation and support experience, focusing heavily on FCCS and ARCS
Functional Knowledge: Solid grasp of US GAAP/IFRS, financial statements, multi-currency translations, and consolidation workflows
Technical Proficiency: Experience writing business rules, configuring Task/Supplemental Data Managers, and handling metadata management.
Integration Skills: Familiarity with data integration tools (Data Management, FDMEE, EPM Automate).
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills to lead design workshops and executive walkthroughs.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud EPM Certification (FCCS or ARCS).
Exposure to other EPM modules like Planning (EPBCS), Profitability (EPCM), or Narrative Reporting.
