The manager fosters a professional, customer-focused environment, balancing vendor relations, inventory, and budget management without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15+ employees to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards in a fine dining environment
• Control inventory and oversee vendor relationships to ensure supply continuity
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control
• Develop and maintain staff schedules using automated scheduling software
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures
• Provide staff training and promote professional development

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in restaurant management
• Expertise in food safety management and compliance
• Strong skills in customer service and staff supervision
• Proficient in inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling
• Effective conflict resolution and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
