Restaurant Manager – Newk's Eatery Are you a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Newk’s Eatery is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire team members, and help drive success in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment the Newk's southern hospitality way! We currently have General Manager and Assistant Manager positions available for our growing locations in Wichita! Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding food quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders Create schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize productivity Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and hospitality Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or casual dining preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with scheduling, labor management, and P&L accountability is preferred, but not required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Passion for coaching teams and creating excellent guest experiences Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Paid training and leadership development Career growth opportunities within a growing franchise organization Employee meal discounts At Newk’s Eatery, we believe great food starts with great people.
