Rheumatology Prior Auth & AR & Billing Specialist | US Healthcare

We are specifically hiring candidates with experience in Rheumatology billing and medication prior authorizations. The role involves handling end-to-end revenue cycle tasks for a rheumatology practice, with a strong focus on biologic medications and infusion-related workflows. Key Responsibilities Handle prior authorizations for rheumatology medications (e.g., biologics like Humira, Enbrel, Remicade) Work on denial management related to rheumatology claims Verify insurance benefits and coverage for specialty medications Follow up with insurance companies for approvals and appeals Support billing workflows related to rheumatology services and infusions Mandatory Requirement Prior experience working with a Rheumatology practice (billing, AR, or prior authorization) Preferred Skills Experience with specialty drugs / biologics Familiarity with payer portals (Availity, CoverMyMeds, etc.) Knowledge of CPT, ICD coding related to rheumatology Other Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare RCM Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Note: Only candidates with Rheumatology experience will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rekha Technologies
