IDAR Summer Intern (RMW)

Johnson & Johnson seeks motivated summer interns for the Regulatory Medical Writing function within Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting clinical development documentation, regulatory submissions, and scientific communication during a May-August 2027 program across Pennsylvania and New Jersey locations.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory medical writing activities for clinical development and regulatory documentation
• Assist with preparation and review of clinical documents including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions
• Review and interpret scientific, medical, clinical, and statistical information for documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in clinical development
• Participate in assigned projects within the Summer Intern Training Academy

Requirements

• Completed freshman year at accredited university; actively enrolled pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, or PhD
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher across all college coursework
• Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required now or in future
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to review, interpret, and summarize scientific, medical, and statistical information
• Capacity to work hybrid schedule with minimum three days weekly on-site in New Jersey or Pennsylvania
