A well-established early childhood education center is seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead daily operations, inspire a team of educators, and foster a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the preschool
• Recruit, coach, and develop teachers and staff
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community
• Support enrollment growth through outreach and engagement
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards
• Promote a positive, collaborative school culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of preschool leadership experience
• Florida Director Credential required
• DCF background screening requirements
• Experience with enrollment growth and community outreach
• Familiarity with child-centered educational approaches (Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, or similar) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
