Legal Assistant Position

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its growing Family Law team in Miami! This role will directly support a Partner in a growing division at the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

• Prepares routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys.
• Forwards e-service documents to clients.
• Manages attorney calendars.
• Coordinates hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Efiles all necessary case documents with appropriate courts.
• Answers incoming client phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in family law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• MS Office Suite Knowledge a must.
• ATO knowledge a plus.
