Naples, FL | Onsite | $55,000–$65,000 DOE | Direct Hire

A well-established financial services organization in the Naples area is seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of financial services and understands that exceptional client service often begins behind the scenes.

You'll work in a collaborative, professional environment where accuracy, organization, follow-through and attention to detail matter . This position is ideal for someone who has worked in wealth management, an RIA, brokerage, investment services or another financial-services environment and enjoys keeping accounts, transactions and documentation moving accurately and efficiently.

• Process and coordinate client account paperwork and service requests
• Support account maintenance and financial transaction processing
• Assist with distributions, wires, checks and other account-related requests
• Maintain accurate documentation, records and internal notes
• Coordinate with internal team members and outside financial-services partners
• Track outstanding items and follow through to completion
• Work within established operational policies and procedures
• Manage multiple detail-sensitive priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Provide dependable behind-the-scenes support that contributes to an exceptional client experience

We're especially interested in candidates with 2+ years of professional administrative, operations or client-service experience .

Experience within wealth management, an RIA, brokerage, investment management or financial services is strongly preferred.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience matters more .

This is a full-time, onsite position in Naples, Florida . Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
