Why Choose This Opportunity Supportive interdisciplinary team Opportunities for professional growth Patient-centered care environment with meaningful outcomes Physical Therapist Responsibilities Assist patients recover mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrate physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician orders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Implement various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required, Masters in Physical Therapy preferred Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association or other equivalent organization approved by CMS Current, active Physical Therapist license within state of practice Compensation based on experience, ranging from $55 - $78 per hour Comprehensive benefits plan that start on DAY ONE!
